A Wisconsin win would make them only the third team (Kansas 2008, Arizona 1997) to ever beat at least two #1 seeds to win a national championship.
Beating Duke would also give Wisconsin the losest ever seed total for a champion at 32 (North Carolina 1993 – 33)
