I looked at my calendar this morning and realize it was Thursday and suddenly realized that I had an “article” to write. Okay, I lied, I don’t have a calendar. WTF do you think this is, 1994? I did forget it was Thursday tho. Time has a way of becoming a blur when you never leave your basement. I quit playing WoW about 2 years ago and don’t have any desire to get back into it, but I decided that I need to find something to fill the boredom other than TV and Cool Ranch Doritos so I ordered a drum kit. I can tinker around on my 15yo’s kit, but he tilts his toms too much for my liking and I don’t want to mess with his setup. I’m real rusty so I will be playing a lot of rudiments to get my timing and chops back, but no-one will hear me all the way down in the basement. Maybe when I get comfortable behind the kit again, I’ll do a video for y’all….nude of course.
Y’all sucked last week. 4 people got one point each. That’s it. Worst part is, I wasn’t one of the 4, but since Curtis wasn’t one either, I stay in first place. Y’all should do something special for me. The 4 people? Oh, yeah. Gabes, JMac, Nate and Dan each picked up a point. That’s it.

Wondering why some of the names have a different background color? Well, that’s because of a fantastic feature of the CYST site. I’d like to see the Rams lose just so that’s one less team within striking distance of my Saints, but I’d also like to keep the Pats (and Newton) out of the playoffs.
